Create a bonus package: Put together an awesome bonus that supports the content of the summit. In other words, offer something extra for signing up through your link - this is always great way to stand out and encourage your audience to click through your link.

Plan you mailing schedule: We highly recommend that you send three or more solo emails to your audience for best results. Make sure you also mail those who did not open your prior emails 1-2 times more since that will increase your open rates by at least 10-20%.

Mail and share on key dates and events: It's always great to mail and share when you have a reason. Watch for early bird tickets ending, new content assets released (videos, graphics, etc), summit starting, summit ending and the dates on the summit promotion calendar of when Premium Passes prices increase.
If you are a speaker, mail on the day before your session and a few hours before your session goes live. We will send you a reminder the day before as well.

When can I promote Business Systems Summit 2.0 to my audience?
The summit EARLY BIRD promotion starts on September 2nd. We highly recommend that you start promoting as soon as you can. Mark your calendar!
After the initial promotion period, we also recommend that you continue to share the summit with your audience via email and social media, as there’s many people who can benefit from this who may have missed it the first time you promoted it.

Business Systems Summit 2.0 is perfect for business owners with teams of 3 + employees or contractors plus their advisors including Accountants, Bookkeepers, Coaches and Consultants!
What will I be sharing with my audience?
All you need to do is share with your audience your unique partner link to the registration page for the free summit via email or social media. After they register they will have free access to all sessions when the summit runs 10th to 12th of September and 48 hours afterwards.
We will present the option to upgrade to the Premium Pass straight after opting in and they will see details of the then current price and the bonuses for buyers of the Premium Pass.

How do commissions work?

We have enabled cookie tracking within Thirvecart so you can earn commissions for up to 1 year after someone you refer opts in via your unique link to Business Systems Summit 2.0.

You will receive commission via online funds transfer for your sales after the refund period has expired (30 days after the sale was made).
How do you track sales?
Track your sales via your unique affiliate link within ThriveCart with cookies enabled for 1 year. In addition, our team will be keeping an eye on sales to make sure you are properly credited.
The final referrer (or the “last click”) gets the credit for the sale. This means that if a customer clicks on two or more different partner links (some people may also be following other Ambassador Partners), the partner link a customer clicked on LAST before purchasing Business Systems Summit 2.0 will get credit for the sale.
For this reason, if you have an interested customer, make sure they know to click on your link immediately before purchasing, so you will receive credit. The more emails you send, the better results you'll get.
Please note that we reserve the right to make changes to a referrer when a customer writes in requesting such a change.
How can I see my referral stats?
You can see all reports for your clicks and your "sales list" in the Thrivecart Affiliate Center. Once you’re approved as a Business Systems Summit 2.0 Ambassador Partner, and sign up for our affiliate system in ThriveCart, you’ll get your login details as well.
Note: Until the 30 day refund period ends, your list may change and be updated.
What if someone says they bought through my link, but they're not on my list?
There are a few reasons this may have happened.
- They may have clicked a different affiliate's link before purchasing without realizing they needed to click YOUR link last.
- They may not have cookies enabled on their browser. Without cookies enabled, our system is unable to track that sale.
We understand these scenarios happen (sometimes without the customer even realizing it!), so we will change the Ambassador Partner listed on a sale if the customer requests it.
If you have someone who says they used your link but aren't showing up in your sales list, please ask them to email us at support@systemHUB.com to request that we change their referral credit to you.
Note: No changes to a referrer will be made unless the student/customer requests it.

Please note: The best way to use swipe copy is just to see it as “help”, and not to use the exact emails word-for-word (there are other partners promoting with this copy to their audiences too!)
Of course, you're free to use the swipe emails word-for-word as well if you are tight on time, but it’s highly recommended to tweak a few things, put it in your voice and add in your own story.
Now a few notes regarding your AFFILIATE LINKS…
Don’t use the ugly "ThriveCart" affiliate links as is in emails, blog posts and social media etc. (people don’t like to click links that look like affiliate links). Rather make them “look good” by using a tool like Pretty Link (WordPress plugin I use for quite some stuff myself), or Bitly (URL shortener).
For example: Instead of using [https://YOURAFFILIATEID--tracking.thrivecart.com/business-systems-summit-2019/5d507847323a9/] (ugly ThriveCart affiliate link), make your link look something like [https://yourwebsite.com/businesssummit].
It’s also your responsibility to test your affiliate links before you send out an email, post on social media etc, to make sure the links actually work. Just common sense, but I’ve seen it happen before, so that’s why I mention it here.
